SUBJECT: 6th Bi-Annual Aydelotte Memorial Scholarship
We would like to inform you about the 6th bi-annual Aydelotte Memorial Scholarship, (AMS). The AMS scholarship committee provides this bi-annual scholarship to family members who meet all requirements set forth. The purpose of our scholarship is to promote, facilitate and increase the knowledge and understanding of the vital role of education, as it pertains to our family and their future potential.
The requirements for this scholarship are below on this memo. As the Chair of the Scholarship Committee, I am asking you to encourage your high school senior who qualifies to compete for the scholarship.

Minimum Requirements:
2 Complete Doubled Spaced Pages
- Applicant must be applying to college/jr college/trade school
- Applicant must complete attached scholarship application
- Applicant must provide 2 letters of recommendation from school, civic, or church
- The parent/guardian of applicant must sign the application to ensure that the information submitted is accurate
- All materials must meet the established deadline
Scholarship Award Winners - The winner(s) will be announced during the reunion.
